This banana bread is so good! As you can see from the photo, I added vegan chocolate chips which makes it more of a dessert, but it is delish! …throw on some vegan butter and you’re going to freak out at the goodness.


Ingredients:

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup coconut oil

2 cups sugar

3 bananas (the browner the better!)

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder


Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1: Make buttermilk and set aside (1/4cup almond milk with 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar)
2: Mix the following:
Coconut oil
1 cup of the sugar
3 bananas
vanilla
3: Add buttermilk
4: In separate bowl blend:
Flour
Baking powder
5: Mix wet and dry ingredients
6: Add dairy-free chocolate chips if you like
7: Bake for 45-60mins (check with a knife to see if it comes out clean- if it does, it’s done!
8: Gobble it up and let me know how it turns out!
