The sweet potato and black bean spread goes amazingly on any veggie sandwich or wrap. Just put in on your bread before your vegetables and you won’t even need any condiments!


Ingredients:

– 1 cup cooked rice

– 1 can black beans

– 3 roasted sweet potatoes

– 5 tbsp garlic salt

-3 tbsp Montreal steak spice (optional, but I highly recommend it)


There is only 1 step:

1) Purée in a food processor.
